Disney Video Explains Copyright and Trademark Law

Who knew Disney was such experts in explaining the intricacies of copyright and trademark law? :)

Using clips from movies such as The Little Mermaid, Alladin, Pinocchio, and others in a parody short film using humor to make a point about copyrights and trademarks.

Titled A Fair(y) Use Tail. Made by Professor Eric Faden of Bucknell University and presented by the Media Education Foundation.

    I am wondering if it is legal to copy and sell a mickey mouse cake as I have noticed a business in town that is doing that and I have customers that want me to do the same and I won’t until I know it is legal….What is the reprocussions of decorating and selling a mickey mouse or other disney theme cake?
