I am wondering if it is legal to copy and sell a mickey mouse cake as I have noticed a business in town that is doing that and I have customers that want me to do the same and I won’t until I know it is legal….What is the reprocussions of decorating and selling a mickey mouse or other disney theme cake?
My question/ comment is, can someone use the names from
Winnie the pooh’ s fittest, such as willows tree hollow?
Can I use a picture of the flying Merry Poppins on my sign for my Adult Day Care Center for disabled adults??
