Defendant: "Your honor, how would you like to be called a black mother fucker?" Judge: "But I am not black." Defendant: "Your honor, how would you like to be called whatever kind of mother fucker you are?" (Incredible laughter) Judge: "Case dismissed." I actually saw this exchange in Buffalo, NY City Court:
